Overcoming Bias, Fear, and Uncertainty in Decision-Making |
2014 Economic Insight Conference |
Making decisions is increasingly complicated in our world of rapid change and uncertainty. As we increase diversity in the workplace and our neighborhoods, it is important to also increase our understanding of how bias and fear can undermine good decision-making. Learn how our thought processes influence us to make decisions often not based on facts or reason, and explore ways that each of us can make better decisions to help our organizations, our communities and ourselves.
