Two new IEP Technical Reports were recently published:
- “A History of the Operational and Structural Changes to the John E. Skinner Fish Protective Facility from 1968 to 2010” by Jerry Morinaka
- “Predation of Salvaged Fish During the Collection, Handling, Transport, and Release Phase of the State Water Project’s John E. Skinner Fish Protective Facility” by Geir Aasen
