The Association of California Water Agencies (ACWA) and the Texas Water Conservation Association (TWCA) has submitted a joint letter to the House-Senate Conference Committee on WRDA. The final letter from these two state associations incorporated wording and suggestions from Bay Planning Coalition and its partners (See the BPC Joint Letter Here).
