BPC October Briefings: Storm Water and CEQA, Oh My!

 The California Water Resources Control Board has released the final draft of its National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Industrial General Permit.

Experts in the legal, technical and regulatory  fields will speak to the current changes, challenges, opportunities and updates related to Storm Water regulation in California and the Bay Area, and will answer questions from the audience.  Industry representatives and those impacted by the industrial general permit are encouraged to attend.

Final adoption of the Permit is anticipated for early 2014.  Make sure your company is prepared!

 This event will provide attendees with detailed information on the status and content of the latest legislative efforts toward California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) reform, and will examine specific CEQA-related case law from recent years.
