The San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board has prepared a draft NPDES permit (tentative order) for the discharge of waste waters from dry docks in the San Francisco Bay.
The Regional Water Board will hear comments on the tentative order during a meeting starting at 9:00 a.m. on May 8, 2012 in the auditorium of the Elihu Harris State Building at1515 Clay Street in Oakland. The last date for receipt of written comments is 5:00 p.m. on April 12, 2012.
