State Water Resources Control Board will accept comments on the proposed approval of the San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board’s amendment to the Water Quality Control Plan for the San Francisco Bay Basin (Basin Plan) that would refine the beneficial uses of Hayward Marsh and clarify the bacterial water quality objectives that apply to it.
