BRIEF PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) seeks Community-Based Organizations (e.g., not-for-profit organizations, non-government organizations or faith-based organizations) to assist MTC in reaching out to and engaging members of their community to participate in the update of Plan Bay Area. MTC and the Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG) are seeking to tap into the expertise and relationships of Organizations that are already active in their communities and enlist their assistance in engaging their community residents. Organizations will be asked to attend meetings with MTC and ABAG staff; coordinate and participate in meetings and/or events; and promote and inform their communities about the Horizon initiative and Plan Bay Area 2050.
Responses are due no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, August 10, 2018 in accordance with the instructions set forth in the procurement documents.
