On May 31st, the Resilient by Design | Bay Area Challenge officially launches. On that day the Design Brief and information about submitting site ideas will be available on our website. Join us for a conversation to explore the efforts of Resilient by Design and the greater community.

This panel is a part of an ongoing series about social and political challenges, including individual expression, community organizing, scientific research, and place-based activism. Speakers include:


Dwayne Marsh, Deputy Director of Government Alliance on Race & Equity (GARE)
Amy Chester, Managing Director of Rebuild by Design
Kiran Jain, Chief Resilience Officer for the City of Oakland 
Robin Grossinger, co-director of the San Francisco Estuary Institute’s Resilient Landscapes Program
