Briscoe Ivester & Bazel LLP was formed in 2005 by experienced attorneys dedicated to excellence in the practice of land use, environmental, and natural resources law. Liz Rothman will head our LA office. Ms. Rothman is an experienced litigator and administrative law practitioner with particular expertise in the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). She represents private clients and public agencies regarding land use, water, and environmental issues in local, state, and federal administrative proceedings and litigation in state and federal trial and appellate courts.
