Plans Approved for Phase 2 of Construction and Restoration at Alviso and Ravenswood Ponds
Project plans for the next phase of restoration, public access and flood management construction at Alviso and Ravenswood ponds have been approved by the State Coastal Conservancy Governing Board.
Also on May 26, in regard to Alviso/Ravenswood Phase 2 work, the Board, under the California Environmental Quality Act:
Certified the Final Environmental Impact Statement/Report;
Approved the Preferred Alternative described in the statement/report;
Adopted findings;
Adopted a mitigation monitoring and reporting program; and
