USACE – Port of Stockton EIS
The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) issued a notice stating that it is preparing an environmental impact statement (EIS) to evaluate the efficiency of the movement of goods along the existing deep-draft navigation route extending from San Francisco Bay to the Port of Stockton. Comments must be received by 4 April. 81 Fed. Reg. 11529
