Bay Planning Coalition, in collaboration with the California State Coastal Conservancy, the San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission, Save The Bay, and the Bay Institute, developed a joint WRRDA letter to the Senate and House of Representatives members of the Committee on Appropriations to advocate for the full funding of the Water Resources and Research Development Act (WRRDA).
