Join us in congratulating Brian Ramos on his promotion to Chief Operating Officer.

Brian has proven success managing ESA’s largest region, increasing operational efficiencies, and positively impacting our bottom line. His strategic approach to business, collaborative leadership style, and thorough understanding of our industry make him a natural fit with our executive leadership team.

Brian brings over 30 years of experience in environmental consulting, professional archaeology, and the financial industry. Brian assumes the role with proven business acumen and financial management expertise gained over his decades of industry leadership and more recently, as the leader of ESA’s Northern California region, comprising four offices and more than 180 employees. A recognized expert in Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act, Brian has worked on more than 300 cultural resource projects and directed complex environmental work on some of the more high-profile projects in the west.
