SAN FRANCISCO – On April 29, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Department of Justice, and the State of California will announce a Clean Water Act settlement with Lehigh Southwest Cement Co. and Hanson Permanente Cement Inc. to protect water quality in Permanente Creek and San Francisco Bay.

Where: Rancho San Antonio Open Space Preserve, Cupertino, Calif. On Rancho San Antonio Service Road, park in area signed “EPA Press Event” at last parking lot on the right. Follow signs and staff directions to Permanente Creek Trail, walk 0.3 mi to press event at bridge.
