Attached here is a Notice of Public Meeting on the Proposed Final Amendment to the Water Quality Control Plan for Ocean Waters of California Addressing Desalination Facility Intakes, Brine Discharges and the Incorporation of other Non-Substantive Changes and Proposed Final Staff Report Including the Substitute Environmental Documentation.

The Public Meeting is scheduled for May 5, 2015

Comment Deadline is April 9, 2015 by 12 noon.
