DHS – NEPA Policy and Procedures
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) issued a notice stating that it has finalized its updated policy and procedures for implementing the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). The updated policy and procedures apply to the department and its constituent agencies and enter into effect on 20 March 2015. 79 Fed.
