HOTEL RESERVATION DEADLINE FOR DISCOUNTED ROOM RATE AND CANCELLATIONS WITH FULL REFUND DEADLINE QUICKLY APPROACHING

To make your reservation, please call The Hotel Del Coronado at 1-800-468-3533 on or before October 11, 2014, and identify yourself as part of the National Water Resources Association (NWRA) group. By doing so you will receive NWRA’s special group rate of $280.00 per night plus tax of 10.68% and discounted Daily Resort Charge (see below). This rate is good three (3) days before and after the main conference dates based on availability of run of house rooms at the hotel. For those that would like to upgrade to a guaranteed coastal view room, the hotel is offering NWRA guests a special rate of $310.00 per night plus tax and discounted Daily Resort Charge. Additionally, for those who would like to upgrade to a guaranteed ocean view room, the hotel is offering NWRA guests a special rate of $355.00 per night plus tax and discounted Daily Resort Charge. Please note that these optional upgrades are based on availability of the room type at the time of booking.

Hotel Deposit – A deposit equal to the room rate and tax for the first and last night for each reservation is required when making your room reservation.
Hotel Cancellation Policy – All cancellations must be received on or before, October 11, 2014, in order to have deposit refunded. If a reservation is cancelled after October 11, 2014, the deposit will be forfeited.

Hotel Daily Resort Charge – The $22.00 Daily Resort Charge is an automatic per room, per night charge that covers daily newspaper delivery Monday-Saturday, in-room coffee and tea, fitness center access, various fitness classes, local, 800, and credit card calls, high-speed internet access, and entitles guests to discounted attractions tickets to Sea World, Legoland, Wild Animal Park, the Old Town Trolley, and Disneyland.
Please note that not all fitness classes are covered under the Daily Resort Charge.
