On Thursday, May 15, the final report of the House-Senate Committee on WRRDA, the Water Resources Reform and Development Act, was filed. The explanatory booklet, section-by-section, and WRRDA conference report can be accessed at: http://transportation.house.gov/wrrda/conference.htm. The bill will be considered by the House next week.
