The State Water Resources Control Board will hold a Public Hearing to determine whether to issue a Cease and Desist Order and whether to impose Administrative Civil Liability against Stornetta Family Trust and Newton Dal Poggetto (trustee).
The Public Hearing will commence on September 2, 2014 and continue, if necessary, on September 3, 2014.
