The Monterey Bay marine science community is a global leader in abalone farming, aquaculture, kelp farms, climate change, sea level rise research and water quality, in addition to ‘breakthrough’ marine technology and services.

The 4th event on the Brand Monterey Bay (BMB) program features a leading industry in the Monterey Bay region and Congressman Farr will give a special presentation about some of the challenges and opportunities for the Monterey Bay region as a world leader in this sector.
