The Association of California Water Agencies and the Western Coalition of Arid States sent the below letter to the Environmental Protection Agency requesting that the Science Advisory Board be given more time to review the draft report entitled Connectivity of Streams and Wetlands to Downstream Waters: A Review and Synthesis of the Scientific Evidence. These organizations are concerned the scientists are being given insufficient time to fully review the report and evaluate its implications on future changes to the clean water rulemaking.
