Bay Planning Coalition, together with the California State Coastal Conservancy, the Bay Conservation and Development Commission, Save the Bay, and the Bay Institute, have drafted a joint letter to the members of the House-Senate Conference Committee that is working to resolve the differences between the House and Senate versions of the Water Resources and Development Act of 2013 (WRRDA and WRDA). Our letter includes 9 points of specific language that should be included in the final bill.
