Today we’ve released the eleventh case study in our weekly series profiling examples of misuses of CEQA: Parkmerced affordable housing in San Francisco. Parkmerced is the largest ever investment in affordable housing in San Francisco’s west side. This transit-oriented and sustainable affordable housing development is currently on hold due to a CEQA lawsuit filed by a special-interest group opposed to smart growth.
