Today, the California Natural Resources Agency released the remaining chapters of the Administrative Draft Bay Delta Conservation Plan (BDCP) to the public. The release of Chapters 8-12 and the availability of the entire Administrative Draft BDCP mark a significant milestone in the seven-year effort to restore the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta ecosystem and provide a reliable water supply for two-thirds of California’s population.

This is an Administrative Draft Bay Delta Conservation Plan. A public review Draft BDCP and formal comment period will be announced by October 1, 2013.
A Public Meeting to discuss Administrative Draft Chapters 8-12 will be held on July 17 in Sacramento; additional details to come soon.
